Welcome to the NorthBay Savings App community! Your membership unlocks access to incredible deals and exclusive offers at participating merchants across Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. To make the most of your savings, please review the rules and guidelines below.

Membership Validity

Your NorthBay Savings App Membership is active through December 31, 2023, and applies to all merchants listed in the app directory. Membership benefits are specific to your purchased or received membership and cannot be used outside of the designated market.

When redeeming offers:

  • Present your app at the time of ordering or during your initial call/visit.
  • Note that offers are not valid on holidays or combined with other discounts, promotions, or specials.

One-Time Offers

Many deals in the app are designated as one-time offers, meaning they can be redeemed a single time per the terms outlined by the merchant.

  • For merchants with multiple locations, a one-time offer may apply to one location of your choice unless stated otherwise.
  • Some merchants may allow a one-time discount at each of their locations, but always check the app for specific terms.

2-for-1 Offers

For members enjoying 2-for-1 deals, here’s how they work:

  • Purchase one item and receive another of equal or lesser value for free, per the terms set by the merchant.
  • Offers are available for one-time use unless stated otherwise.
  • Some 2-for-1 deals may have a maximum savings limit or exclude certain items like delivery, takeout, catering, lobster, or other menu specifics.

Important Notes:

  • Many restaurants require the purchase of two beverages along with entrees.
  • A maximum of three NorthBay Savings Apps may be used per visit unless otherwise specified.

Continual Offers

Offers labeled as “Thereafter” or “Unlimited Use” can be redeemed every time you visit the merchant.

  • Restrictions may apply to alcoholic beverages or catering orders—please check individual listings for details.
  • Continual offers are typically valid for groups of six or fewer unless otherwise specified.

Using Multiple Offers

While you can choose between a one-time savings offer or a continual offer, the two cannot be used simultaneously. Some merchants may feature multiple offers, but you’ll need to select one offer per visit unless otherwise noted.

Dine-In, Takeout, and Delivery

Restaurant offers often apply to dine-in orders only, but some may also be valid for takeout or delivery. To avoid confusion, always confirm with the merchant before placing your order.
