Thank you for being a valued member of the NorthBay Savings App community! To ensure a seamless dining experience for you and our participating restaurants, please review the following rules and guidelines for redeeming offers at local eateries.

General Rules

  • Valid Days and Hours: Your NorthBay Savings App offers are valid seven days a week, during normal business hours unless otherwise stated.
  • Holiday Exclusions: Offers are not valid on the following holidays:
    • New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
    • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
    • Valentine’s Day
    • Presidents’ Day
    • Easter Sunday
    • Cinco de Mayo
    • Mother’s Day and Father’s Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Fourth of July
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving
    • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Two Entrées for the Price of One Offers

  • What’s Included: Enjoy one free entrée when another entrée of equal or greater value is purchased. No menu limitations unless otherwise stated. Excluded items: holiday, early bird, senior, and children’s menus, as well as lobster, abalone, and other market-price items.
  • Single Check: Offers apply to a single check per table. Separate checks are not allowed.
  • Group Size: Offers are valid for groups of up to six people. Larger groups or banquets are excluded.
  • App Memberships for Multiple Discounts: Groups of four or six must have additional app memberships to redeem more than one entrée. For example:
    • A group of four must have two memberships to redeem two free entrées.
    • A group of six must have three memberships to redeem three free entrées.

Percentage Off Entire Check

  • Full Menu Access: Percentage-off offers apply to all food, beverage, and liquor items unless exclusions are noted in the restaurant’s listing.
  • Flexibility: Members may choose the percentage-off offer instead of the two-for-one deal, but both offers cannot be combined.
  • Deduction Rules: Discounts include the applicable sales tax but cannot be used with any other promotion.

Important Tips for Smooth Service

  • Present Your App Early: Show your discount to the server before the completion of your meal to ensure smooth tabulation.
  • Tipping Etiquette: Please tip at least 15% of your total bill before discounts to show appreciation and encourage continued restaurant participation.

Merchant Policy

  • Respect the Offer: Participating merchants are under no obligation to modify or adjust their offers. Please respect the terms as outlined.
  • App Membership Verification: All members must be present with their own app membership to redeem offers.
