RESTAURANT RULES AND REGULATIONS

All major holidays are excluded: 

Your NORTH BAY SAVINGS APP is valid seven days a week, during all normal business hours, unless  otherwise stated in the ad. Your membership is not valid, however on the following major holidays: 

New Year’s Eve 

New Years’ Day 

Martin Luther King Jr. Day 

Valentine’s Day 

Presidents’ Day 

Easter Sunday 

Cinco DiMayo 

Mother’s Day 

Memorial Day 

Father’s Day 

Fourth of July 

Labor Day 

Thanksgiving 

Christmas Eve

TWO ENTRÉES FOR THE PRICE OF ONE OFFERS: 

• The App member is entitled to one free entrée when  another entrée is purchased at the same time.  

• The member and their guests have a complete choice of all entrées on the restaurants menu including the à la carte menus. There are no menu  limitations or restrictions unless otherwise stated in  their ad. Holiday, early bird, senior and children’s  menus are excluded. All lobster, abalone and market  price items are excluded. 

• The membership is not valid with any other discounts  or promotions. 

• The least expensive of the two or more entrées  ordered shall be deducted from the check as well  as applicable sales tax. If the values are equal, one  entrée is free. 

• Please present your App discount before the  completion of your meal. This will save you time and  help the waiter provide better service. 

• Only one check per table. No separate checks allowed. 

• The two-for-one offer is valid only once per restaurant,  unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. 

• A maximum of six persons made dine at one table.  Only one entrée will be deducted per App membership . Four people will therefore need two App memberships to receive two free entrées, purchasing two of the  four entrées. Six people will need three App memberships  to receive three free 

entrées purchasing three  of the six entrées. 

• The membership is not valid in groups of more than six  persons nor for banquet settings of any size. Please  

do not ask the restaurant to make any exceptions to  this rule. 

• Please tip no less than 15% of your total bill before  the deductions! Your generosity will assure the  restaurants cheerful and continued participation next  year. 

PLEASE DO NOT ASK THE MERCHANTS  TO COMPROMISE THEIR OFFER. ALL NBSA  MEMBERS MUST BE PRESENT AT TIME  OF PURCHASE WITH THEIR OWN  APP MEMBERSHIP. 

Percentage off entire food checks: 

• The member and maximum of five guests have a  complete choice of all food, beverage and liquor  items on the participating restaurants’ menu, unless  otherwise stated in their ad. 

• The participating restaurants will deduct the stated  percentage from the total food, beverage and liquor check including applicable sales tax. 

• The member may choose to receive the percentage  off offer instead of the two-for-one offer on their  purchases. 

• The percentage off offer is not valid with a two-for-one  offer or any other promotion. 

• Please present your App discount “before the  completion of your meal” to assist in the fast final  tabulation of your reduced check.  

• All other stated rules and conditions apply to App use.
